      What orders qualify for free shipping
For free shipping over 90% items by Postal Mails , some expedited shipping items more than two pieces and if you prefer to shipping out by Postal Services  will qualify for free shipping.

      How are shipping costs determined
For most orders, shipping costs will be quoted based on our actual shipping costs to your destination. The excellent discounts we receive through our shippers help us keep your shipping cost as low as possible.

Occasionally, if we are unable to immediately quote a price for your shipping, you may see a note to that effect in your shopping cart and during checkout. This may happen if an address is not correctly recognized by a shipper, or if the order is too complex to be automatically calculated. In this case, we will determine the shipping charges after you place the order and then contact you for approval before shipping.
      How long will it take to receive my order
We generally ship the same day your order is placed, during regular business hours and subject to the UPS Days of Operation, if your order is submitted prior to 5:30 PM GMT +8 Hong Kong Time.

Once your order is shipped, the time it takes to receive your purchases depends on the service you select, and any applicable holidays or service-affecting events (see the list below).

    FedEx Intl.Priority / I.P.: 4-7 business days
    FedEx Intl.Economy / I.E.: 7-11 business days

    generally 10-35 business days ,partly 35-65 business days -( South Americas ,Brazil ,Africa ,Russia etc .)
    EMS : generally 10-25 , partly 20-45 business days -( South Americas ,Brazil ,Africa ,Russia etc .)

      Where can I find my tracking number
The tracking number for your order is automatically emailed to the address you provided during checkout. You can also find order status and tracking information here on our website, either by logging in or clicking the link in the confirmation email for your order.

      What should I do if an item missing from my order
First, verify that you’ve received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you’re still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please E-mail us : [email protected] Because time zone is different ,we would reply you within 24 hours  if you’re unable to locate an item. Claims for missing items must be made within the first 14 days after the package has been delivered by the carrier.
       Does Adsignmark pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise
If an item you buy from us is defective, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. We work hard to ensure we carry quality products, so if you have difficulty with one of our supplies or parts, we will replace it promptly without hassle at no charge to you.
